Fruits are one of the best sources of nutrients. They contain nutrients and other enzymes which help the body in detoxification. Ensure that you take lots of fresh fruits very often. It is good that you take those natural fruits; do not take fruits which have been genetically modified.

The fruits have been proved to help in boosting body immunity, increasing body energy, increasing metabolism of fats in the body and also aiding in digestion. You should no take the fruit juices in the stores as the equivalent of fruits because the processed juices are preserved using chemicals which may not be good for health.
